Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM Australian EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM Australian EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Zendie will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Australian Shipping costs and methods
All local orders incur a flatrate postage and handling fee of $8.00. We use Auspost Express Post for delivery, therefore we are able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We will always endevour to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Once it leaves us, depending on where you are located in Australia, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
The national next business day network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and a number of other important centres.
In each State an additional next business day delivery network is available between a number of places not included in the national network.
Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.

International Shipping costs, methods and disclosure
All International orders will be sent via Express Post International
Postage and Handling starts at $39.00. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination therefore additional postage costs may apply. If you require a quote please email us here.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Zendie, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from Zendie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Zendie. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges on full priced items are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Any items shipped out as an exchange will be subject to complimentary shipping.
Returns and exchanges on sale items (including discounted items) are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for cash refunds and will be reimburst with store credit only. Shipping is also complimentary on sale items sent out as an exchange.
When we ensure that our goods:
- are of merchantable quality.
- are fit for the purpose that was made known to you or that are self-evident.
- match any description or sample given on our website or marketing materials.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Contact us within the 14 days to begin the return/exchange process and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.Send the order back to us using the above address. (We recommend that you insure your package as this will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Zendie, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Zendie.
